Convertible Tights
Convertible tights look like regular footed tights,
but have a small hole on the bottom of the foot that you can roll up
over your ankle, converting them into a footless tight. Convertible
tights are very popular choice for dancers who do pointe work, as they
can conveniently roll their tights up to put padding on and prepare
their toes before putting pointe shoes on.
Convertible tights are also great for dancers that do
multiple dance classes consecutively as they can go from a ballet or
jazz class wearing their tights down with shoes on, to a contemporary or
acro class where they can roll their tights up to dance in bare feet –
this means no more changing tights in between classes.
We sell quality compression technology tights that
help with muscle fatigue and soreness through to budget tights perfect
for the young beginner dancer.
Convertible tights are available in a wide selection
of colours such as salmon pink, theatrical pink, skintone, tan and black
from brands like Energetiks, Capezio, Gaynor Minden and Studio 7.
